This Privacy Policy establishes the Seller’s obligations to not disclose and ensure the confidentiality of personal data that the Customer provides when registering on the website of the online store or when placing an order for the purchase of goods.
Personal data authorized for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the Customer by filling out the registration form on the website of the «TWINKLING.LV» online store and includes the following information:
1. Last name and first name of the Customer;
2. Contact phone number of the Customer;
3. Email address (e-mail);
4. Delivery address of the goods;
5. Data required for the payment procedure.

Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the online store site that require authorization.

Purposes of collecting personal information

Personal data of the Customer, the Seller can use for the following purposes:
1. Identification of the Customer registered in the online store for placing an order and (or) concluding a contract for the sale of goods remotely with the Seller.
2. Fulfilment of legal obligations (accounting and resolution of consumer disputes).
3. Servicing Customer orders and delivering goods to him.
4. Providing the Customer with access to the personalized resources of the online store.
5. Establishing feedback with the Customer, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of the online store, the provision of services, processing requests and applications from the Customer.
6. Confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the Customer.
7. Creating an account for making purchases, if the Customer has agreed by registering.
8. Notifying the Customer about the status of the Order.
9. Processing and receiving payments, contesting payments.
10. Providing the Customer with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the online store.

Methods and terms of processing personal information

1.1. The processing of the Customer’s personal data is carried out without time limit, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.
1.2. The User agrees that the Seller has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, banking services and others: solely for the purpose of fulfilling the Customer’s order placed in the «TWINKLING.LV» online store, including delivery of the Goods.
1.3. The Customer’s personal data may be transferred to the authorized state authorities of Latvia only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of Latvia.
1.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Seller informs the Customer about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
1.5. The Seller takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the Customer’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
1.6. The Seller, together with the Customer, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the Customer’s personal data.

The personal data stored in the online store can be viewed and changed in the “My Account” section.

Data storage

When a client account is closed, personal data is deleted, unless it is necessary for accounting purposes or the resolution of customer disputes.

If a purchase in the online store was made as a guest (without an account), then the personalized purchase history is stored for five years.

In the event of payment and consumer disputes, personal data is stored until the claim is fulfilled or until the statute of limitations (five years) expires.

Personal data required for accounting purposes are kept for seven years.

Deleting data

The personal data stored in the online store together with the account can be deleted in the “My Account” section.

To delete other data, you should submit a request by contacting us at info@twinkling.lv. A response to a request to delete data is given within one month, if necessary, the period during which the data will be deleted will be specified.

Resolution of disputes

Disputes regarding the processing of personal data are resolved through the Seller’s customer support service.
