When choosing this method, select an Omniva parcel locker from the provided list where it is convenient for you to pick up the goods. This method is available only if the goods do not exceed the specified parcel dimensions of 39 × 38 × 64 cm and weight of up to 30 kg.

After the shipment is delivered to the parcel locker, an SMS with an access code will be sent to your phone. Enter this code on the parcel locker touchscreen, and the locker door will open.

When choosing this method, select a DPD parcel locker from the provided list where it is convenient for you to pick up the goods.

Parcels are stored at pickup points for 5 calendar days.

When choosing this method, select a Venipak parcel locker from the provided list where it is convenient for you to pick up the goods.

Receiving shipments from a Pickup point is quick and easy. When the shipment is delivered to the Pickup point, you will receive an SMS containing:

• Shipment number;
• Shipment pickup code;
• Pickup point name;
• Pickup point address;
• Pickup point working hours on the next business day.

When receiving the shipment, you only need to tell the Venipak Pickup point employee the 6-digit pickup code. The Pickup point employee will check whether the pickup code is correct and hand over the shipment intended for you.

As soon as the shipment arrives at the specified pickup point, an SMS with all necessary instructions for receiving the shipment will be sent to the phone number provided in the order. You will then need to go to the relevant pickup point and enter the code from the SMS on the pickup point touchscreen. The required pickup point door will open, and the shipment will be in your hands! The shipment must be collected within three days after it arrives at the pickup point.
