Return

  1. The Customer must inform us of their intention to return the product within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the product by completing the return form.
  2. Returned product must be unused, undamaged and in the sealed original packaging. (with labels not removed or damaged, protective films torn off, etc.).
  3. In the event of a return, the Customer shall bear the shipping costs, unless the reason for the return is the receipt of a product that does not correspond to the order.
  4. The Customer is obliged to return the goods by mail or any other postal service of his choice and at his own expense, to the address indicated on TWINKLING.LV within 14 (fourteen) days after sending a written refusal. The deadline is considered met if the goods are returned before the 14-day deadline.
  5. TWINKLING.LV has the right not to return the money paid by the Customer for the goods until the Customer returns the goods or if TWINKLING.LV upon receipt of the goods finds that it has been used or opened.
  6. TWINKLING.LV returns the cost of the goods to the Customer, excluding the cost of delivery, within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods back. Excluding additional costs incurred due to your choice of a shipping method other than our cheapest standard shipping method. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that the Consumer used for the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to do otherwise. In any case, the Customer will not be charged for such a return. If free shipping was provided for an order and part or all of the ordered products were returned from such an order, TWINKLING.LV reserves the right to deduct shipping costs up to 3.99 euros.

Right to refuse

  1. The Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
    1. The product is perishable or will soon expire;
    2. The Customer has opened the packaging of a product that, for health and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned;
    3. Due to its properties, the product is irrevocably mixed with other substances after delivery;
    4. Purchased goods that are perishable or quickly used (hygiene products, cosmetics);
    5. The product is manufactured according to the instructions of the Customer or the product is clearly personalized;
    6. Cosmetics and perfumery products in open packaging are not subject to return. Also, those products, the use of which cannot be determined, are not subject to return;
    7. The shelf life of the goods is relatively short and directly depends on the day the package is opened;
    8. The item is damaged;
    9. Food supplements, over-the-counter medicines and medical products, which, in accordance with the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 26, 2007 No. 416 “Procedure for the distribution and quality control of medicines” require certain storage conditions (humidity, light, temperature and other restrictions).
  1. We remind you that the rules of the right of withdrawal do not apply to cases where the goods are purchased by legal entities or the goods are intended for professional use.
  2. Please send possible claims to us by e-mail: [email protected]. In the letter, we recommend that you describe the reason for your complaint in as much detail as possible, and do not forget to include your contact details. We will contact the claimant within 3 business days. The Customer has the right to apply to the Customer Protection Board in the Customer Complaints Commission, which deals with disputes arising from the contract.
