DESCRIPTION

Hypromellose eye drops with dexpanthenol. Suitable for treatment of corneal erosions, contact lens wearers. Prevents mild non-infectious eye irritation.

UNItears are preservative-free eye drops, a solution containing hypromellose and dexpanthenol. It has a protective, epithelial cell regenerating and moisturizing effect. Hypromellose forms a temporary protective layer on the surface of the cornea of ​​the eye, moisturizes the surface of the eye and replaces tears in case of their insufficient formation; prevents the feeling of “eye dryness”. It also prevents mild non-infectious eye irritation. Dexpanthenol (vitamin B) helps regenerate cells on the surface of the cornea (epithelial cells). PRESERVATIVE-FREE UNItears are perfect for contact lens wearers and people with sensitive eyes. UNItears without preservatives provides a long-lasting improvement: – if tear production is reduced; – in case of dry eye syndrome (keratoconjunctivitis sicca); – in case of injuries and corneal erosion; – if small foreign bodies enter the conjunctival sac; – after eye surgery; – if there is sensory discomfort (burning, itching, feeling that there is a foreign body in the eye), these symptoms may be related to external factors (eg air conditioning, wind, pollution, smoke, dust); – in case of increased eye strain (if you have to work at the computer for a long time) and if there are visual disturbances during the day; – when using contact lenses. UNItears without preservatives can be used by adults, adolescents and children. Do not use UNItears without preservatives in the following cases: – if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of this preparation; – in the acute phase of eye corrosion, until the conjunctival sac has been completely freed from corrosive substances and until the dead tissue has been removed; – simultaneously with eye preparations containing metal salts.

USAGE

The recommended dose is one drop in each eye 2-3 times a day. However, 1 drop every hour can be used if needed. Before the first use, it is recommended to apply the first drop outside the eye by carefully squeezing the bottle, as strong and irregular pressure on the bottle may cause a larger volume of solution to be released.
