DESCRIPTION
People have traditionally used the herbs in tea because they improve the body’s defenses against colds accompanied by coughs.
USAGE
Pour 1 teaspoon of tea with 1 glass (200 ml) of water, boil on low heat for 5 minutes, cover and let it infuse for 20 minutes, strain.
INGREDIENTS
Rose fruits, alante roots, eucalyptus leaves, yarrow leaves, St. John’s wort, horsetail leaves, eleuterokok roots, oleander roots, valerian roots.
