DESCRIPTION
Linseed oil R.O.S. produced with the cold pressing method, thus preserving all biologically active substances. Flaxseed oil contains high amounts of unsaturated fatty acids, including Omega-3. The α-linolenic acid in flaxseed oil helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Effective action of α-linolenic acid in the body occurs after taking a daily dose of 2 g.
USAGE
Use 3 capsules 3 times a day for adults. The maximum recommended daily dose (9 capsules) contains 1.8 g of linseed oil.
