DESCRIPTION

For rinsing, cleaning, moisturizing and decontamination of acute, chronic and infected skin wounds and burns. Breaks the biofilm and helps protect the wound against biofilm formation. Used for rinsing, cleaning, moisturizing and decontamination of the following wounds: a) acute non-infected and infected wounds: traumatic wounds (eg lacerations, compression injuries); b) chronic uninfected and infected wounds, including bedsores, venous ulcers, diabetic ulcers; c) postoperative wounds; d) thermal and non-thermal burn wounds: IIa, IIb and III degrees; (e) insertion sites for urological catheters, PEG/PEJ (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy/jejunal) tubes or drainage tubes; f) for the skin around the stoma. For moistening dried dressings and bandages before removal.

USAGE

Purified water, active ingredient betaine, 0.1% polyaminopropyl biguanide (polyhexanide).
