DESCRIPTION

Oilesen® FORTE VITAMIN D3 4000 – food supplement intended for vitamin D3 supplementation for teenagers and adults, including those over 60 years of age, who have been diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency and who rarely stay in the fresh air, avoid the sun, whose diet is not complete or balanced.
Vitamin D helps reduce the risk of falls associated with postural instability and muscle weakness. Falls are risk factors for bone fractures in men and women over the age of 60. There may be several risk factors for bone fractures, and changes in one of these risk factors may or may not have a beneficial effect. A beneficial effect is achieved by taking 20 µg of vitamin D per day from any dietary source.

USAGE

Teenagers and adults, including those over 60 years of age, are recommended to take 1 capsule a day, during a meal. People who have difficulty swallowing a capsule can chew it or squeeze its contents onto food, drink or directly into the mouth.
