DESCRIPTION

Oilesen® VITAMIN D3 1000 – food supplement intended for supplementing food with vitamin D3 for children, adolescents and adults, including from the age of 60, who have been diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency and who rarely stay in the fresh air, avoid the sun, whose diet is not full-fledged etc.
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, muscle function and immune system function, as well as the normal absorption/consumption of calcium and phosphorus in the body.
Vitamin D is necessary for normal bone growth and development in children.
Vitamin D helps reduce the risk of falls associated with postural instability and muscle weakness. Falls are risk factors for bone fractures in men and women over the age of 60. There may be several risk factors for bone fractures, and changes in one of these risk factors may or may not have a beneficial effect. A beneficial effect is achieved by taking 20 µg of vitamin D per day from any dietary source.

USAGE

For children from 3 years of age and adults, including from 60 years of age, it is recommended to use 1 capsule per day, during a meal. People who have difficulty swallowing a capsule can chew it or squeeze its contents onto food, drink or directly into the mouth.
