USAGE
Apply in the morning and/or evening: warm the milk between the palms.
Apply in an upward motion using the palms of your hands, moving them one behind the other and alternating on the stomach, thighs and buttocks.
Do eight figure movements to improve texture: apply pressure in an upward motion to move the tissue upwards and gently, would lower without pressure to snap them back into place.
To keep the skin soft and smooth, apply a body scrub once or twice a week before using the milk.
