1Melatonin helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed. 2 Valerian promotes mental health and sleep quality. 2 Passion flower promotes restful sleep and the body’s resistance to stress. 3 Lemon mint and peppermint help to relax. Lemon mint, valerian and licorice promote normal cognitive functions and digestive functions.

USAGE

The recommended dose for adults is 1 tablet per day taken at bedtime, keeping the tablet under the tongue until it dissolves. It is recommended to use at least one month. May be used regularly.

INGREDIENTS

Moisturizers – sorbitol and xylitol, valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root dry extract (4:1), lemon mint (Melissa officinalis) dry extract (10:1), peppermint (Mentha piperita) dry extract (10-12:1), orange-pink passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) dry extract (4:1), stabilizer – polyvinylpyrrolidone, starch, deglycyrrhizinated licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) (DGL) root dry extract (4:1), flavoring, anti-caking agents – silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids , melatonin, peppermint (Mentha piperita) essential oil, emulsifier – fatty acid monoglycerides and diglycerides.
