DESCRIPTION

Formula for sleep and falling asleep faster. Stress, anxiety, irritability, nervous tension negatively affect the nervous system and can damage the quality of sleep, causing difficulty falling asleep and superficial sleep. Nervostrong® Sleep formula is a complex that contains: – extracts of valerian, melissa, sleeping withania, passionflower and hops; – magnesium and vitamin B6, which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system; – melatonin, which helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

USAGE

For adults, the recommended dose of Nervostrong® Sleep formula is 1-2 capsules per day 30-60 minutes before sleep. The recommended duration of the course is 1 month. In cases of chronic stress and restless sleep, longer use of the Nervostrong® Sleep formula (2-3 months) is recommended. The product is not addictive. Not recommended for women during pregnancy and lactation.
