DESCRIPTION
Lemon balm leaves, peppermint leaves, hops, valerian root, motherwort can help maintain normal nervous system function.
Hops antlers can help maintain sleep quality.
USAGE
1 tablespoon (2g) of tea is poured with 200 ml of boiling water and covered. Allow to infuse for 10 minutes. Drink a glass of tea 3 times a day.
INGREDIENTS
Peppermint leaves 20%, hawthorn fruits 20%, medicinal lemon balm leaves 15%, passion flower pods 15%, valerian root 10%, hop horns 10%, motherwort pods 10%.
