USAGE

Before using the rubber thermos, you should check whether it is watertight, squeeze it lightly, remove the air left after filling with water, then screw the cap firmly. Do not fill with water up to the cap, because then it does not fit well to the body. In order to avoid burns, the thermos should be wrapped in a towel; a very hot hot water heater is first placed over the blanket, then after some cooling – over the sheet and only at the end directly on the body. Heat relieves pain, expands blood vessels, promotes absorption of inflammation.
