USAGE

Collagen™ is an easily soluble powder that does not change the consistency of a liquid. You can take it at the time and in the way you want, add a FULL measuring spoon – to juice, smoothie, coffee, tea, water and any other drink or food (porridge, sauces, pancakes, etc.)

People who are more sensitive to smells or tastes can safely divide the daily dose into two parts or mix in a larger amount of liquid. Likewise, if you choose to take fish collagen simply with water, and feel a slight aftertaste, squeeze a lemon slice to neutralize it!

The recommended daily dose of fish collagen is 10g or 10,000mg (one FULL scoop found in each package), but as it is a natural dietary supplement, its intake can be adjusted within reason to suit your needs.
