KODAN Tincture disinfectant 250 ml

DESCRIPTION

Kodan tincture e colourless. Alcohol-based disinfectant solution with a nebulizer intended for skin disinfection before minor invasive procedures, surgical punctures and injections. Do not use for the treatment of wounds and damaged skin. Read the instructions for use and the safety data sheet before use. Spectrum of effectiveness: Bactericidal (15 sec.), levurocide (15 sec.), virucidal (BVDV, Vaccinia, MNV-Norovirus, adenovirus 30 sec.), mycobactericidal (30 sec.), fungicidal (30 sec.)

USAGE

The disinfected skin area is adequately moistened by spraying or wiping, and the product is left to act for at least 15 seconds before injections and blood sampling. Disinfection of the skin before puncture, excision and before surgery should take 1 minute. Skin with a high density of sebaceous glands before each procedure – at least 2 minutes. Make sure the product is completely dry before applying dressings or incision foils to avoid burns when working with thermocautery. Attention: Intended for professional use. For use in infants and young children, consult a doctor. Avoid accumulation of product under the patient and in skin folds. Do not use on/near mucous membranes, open wounds or eyes. First aid: If swallowed, drink about half a liter of lukewarm water, do not induce vomiting, seek medical help. Eye contact: Rinse carefully with plenty of fresh water for at least 10 minutes; to rinse under the eyelids, ask for medical help. In case of inhalation, remove the source of exposure, prevent physical exertion, seek medical help. Skin contact: If an allergic reaction to the product occurs, we recommend that you stop using this product by rinsing the skin with plenty of water.

Ethanol 45% (450g/kg) (EC 200-578-6), propan-2-ol 30% (300g/kg) (EC 200-661-7), didecyldime-tilammonium chloride 0.5% (5g /kg) (EC 230-525-2).
