DESCRIPTION

A unique combination with dexpanthenol for dry eye. Reduces itching and other environmental symptoms. Can be used by children and pregnant women.

The preparation HYPROMELOZA-P® has a protective — epithelializing and moisturizing effect. On the surface of the cornea and conjunctiva, hypromellose (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose) temporarily forms a protective film, thus moisturizing the outer surface of the eye; it can be used as a substitute in cases where there is insufficient tear production. It provides quick relief for minor eye irritation that is not caused by an infection. It eliminates the feeling of “eye dryness”. The dexpanthenol contained in the preparation promotes faster regeneration (epithelialization) of the corneal surface cells. HYPROMELOZA-P® preparation is used for insufficient tear production and dry eye syndrome (Keratoconjunctivitis sicca), such as Sjögren’s syndrome, according to the doctor’s recommendations. HYPROMELOZA-P® can be used in case of small corneal erosions, small foreign objects in the conjunctival sac or after eye surgery. In addition, it helps reduce itching and discomfort caused by wind, dust, smoke, atmospheric pollution, contact lenses, etc. etc. caused mild eye irritation, as well as eye fatigue caused by prolonged reading, driving, watching TV or staring at a computer monitor screen. The preparation can be used by adults, children and adolescents.

USAGE

Usually 1-2 drops are instilled into the conjunctival sac 2-3 times a day. 1-2 drops every hour can also be used if needed.

INGREDIENTS

1 ml of solution contains 5 mg of hypromellose. Excipients: dexpanthenol, benzalkonium chloride, sodium chloride, disodium edetate, water for injections.
