DESCRIPTION

HUMER Nasal hygiene is intended for cleaning the nasal cavity, for daily use or as an aid in the treatment of rhinitis and allergic rhinitis, for moistening the mucous membrane and liquefying the secretion, for adults and adolescents from the age of 15. Undiluted, 100% sea water, naturally rich in marine trace elements.

USAGE

1 injection in each nostril 2 – 3 times a day before meals. 7. – Tilt your head to one side, carefully insert the nozzle into the nostril and spray for 2-3 seconds.

Repeat the same in the other nostril, tilting your head to the other side.
Blow your nose to get rid of mucus.
