DESCRIPTION

GELENK NahRUNG powder with the taste of peach – orange. Food supplement with sugar and sweeteners. Powder for preparing a drink containing collagen hydrolyzate (an important ingredient that is most common in tendons, ligaments, skin, cartilage, bones, intervertebral discs, etc.) and gelatin. Recommended for large sports loads.

USAGE

For 1 portion, mix 10 g of powder (= 1 tablespoon) with 200 ml of water or milk (recommended once a day before breakfast). Energy value per 100 ml of the finished mixture of 77 kJ /18 kcal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements do not replace full, balanced nutrition. Keep out of the reach of children.
