Elder tree flowers help prevent irritation and hoarseness in the throat caused by colds, soothe coughs. Linden flowers have a diaphoretic and expectorant effect. Vitamin C, zinc, selenium, elder and linden flowers contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin C helps reduce fatigue and weakness.

USAGE

For adolescents from 12 years of age and adults 1 – 2 packets per day. Dissolve the contents of the packet in 150 ml of hot water. It is not recommended to use for more than 1 week.
