DESCRIPTION

Bepanthen Eye drops are suitable for moisturizing and protecting the eyes, reducing dryness, also for contact lens users. Convenient single-dose vials. Bepanthen® Eye drops form a sterile, preservative-free, viscoelastic, transparent protective layer on the cornea. Bepanthen® Eye eye drops contain sodium hyaluronate – the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid, which, due to its properties, forms a uniform, persistent and particularly long-lasting protective layer on the cornea, which does not affect vision. In addition, Bepanthen® Eye drops contain provitamin B5 (dexpanthenol), which has the ability to strongly attract water; it both hydrates and protects the eyes and enhances the moisture-retaining properties of sodium hyaluronate. The combination of sodium hyaluronate (stabilizes the tear film) and dexpanthenol (moisturizes, soothes) ensures the protection and hydration of the eye surface. As a result, Bepanthen® Eye provides a long-lasting soothing effect in the following cases: • mechanical stress, for example during the use of hard or soft contact lenses or diagnostic eye examinations during; • harmful environmental exposure, such as air conditioning, wind, cold, dry air or air pollution, such as cigarette smoke; • eye irritation from intense visual strain, such as working at a computer, microscope or driving a vehicle for a long time. Preservative-free Bepanthen® Eye drops are well tolerated, even with long-term use. Bepanthen® Eye drops are also suitable for people who wear contact lenses.

USAGE

Tear off one single-dose vial. Make sure the vial is not damaged. To open the single-dose vial, twist the flat cap (do not tear). Tilt your head slightly back, look up and gently pull the lower eyelid away from the eye, put one drop in each eye behind the lower eyelid 3-5 times a day. Close your eyes slowly so that the liquid covers the surface of the eye evenly. If the discomfort increases or the condition does not improve, consult an eye doctor!

1 ml contains: Sodium hyaluronate 0.15%, dexpanthenol 2%, sodium chloride, sodium citrate, citric acid, water for injections.
