DESCRIPTION
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Melatonin helps alleviate the feelings associated with disruption of the circadian rhythm. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of the trip shortly before going to bed and for the first few days after arriving at the destination. Valerian root extract promotes sleep.
USAGE
For adults, 1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime.

Composition of 1 hard gelatin capsule: Inulin – 340 mg; Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root extract – 50 mg; Melatonin – 1.5 mg
