DESCRIPTION

USAGE

Mix 1 teaspoon of the product (approx. 10.0 g) thoroughly by slowly pouring in 1 glass of water (room temperature) and drink immediately with another 1 glass of water. Use the product 2 to 4 times a day after meals, based on body weight and body characteristics. The dose of fiber is individual for each organism! We recommend to use only ½ dose during the first two days of using the product, gradually increasing it. Drink more fluids! For children from 6 to 12 years, use half the dose. Do not use if you have stomach pain, vomiting or nausea. Do not use in children under 6 years of age. If you feel any unpleasant changes, consult your doctor. The product can be used as long as necessary. After a long continuous use of the product, a break of 2-3 days is desirable. Contains ingredients of plant origin. Excessive use may cause a laxative effect.

Composition of 4 teaspoons (10 g): Sorbitol – 16.00 g; Plantain (Plantago psyllium) seed fiber powder – 13.95 g; Inulin (fiber) – 5.30 g; Cyamopsis (Cyamopsis tetragonolobus) – 4.60 g; A mixture of lactic acid bacteria with no less than 12.6 billion active at the time of production – Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Enterococcus faecium, Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacterium longum.
