DESCRIPTION

APILAK-GRINDEKS contains apilak or royal jelly. Royal jelly is a unique beekeeping product developed by worker bees to feed the queen bee. A healthy lifestyle, regular physical activities, as well as a varied and balanced diet play an important role in maintaining health.

USAGE

Adults 1 tablet 3 times a day, children – 1 tablet 2 times a day. Read the user manual before use! The recommended duration of use is 10-15 days. The tablet is placed under the tongue and held there until it is completely dissolved. The tablets should not be swallowed, as gastric juice breaks down the royal jelly.
