USAGE

Adults and children, starting from the age of 12, use 1-2 doses in each nostril 2-3 times a day as a preventive measure. To reduce the symptoms of already existing allergic rhinitis, it is recommended to use 1-2 doses in each nostril 3-4 times a day. 3-11-year-old children use 1 dose in each nostril 2-3 times a day as a preventive measure.
