Collagen is a protein that is naturally synthesized in the human body. This protein is one of the most important elements of the skin and makes up more than 70% of the skin’s weight. Hyaluronic acid is also naturally present in the human body. Collagen and hyaluronic acid play an important role in the formation of connective tissue structure. Both substances are important for healthy, elastic and properly moisturized skin.

Biotin, zinc, niacin, riboflavin (vitamin B2) and vitamin A help maintain skin health.
Biotin, zinc and selenium help maintain hair health.
Copper contributes to normal skin and hair pigmentation.
Zinc and selenium help maintain healthy nails.

USAGE

For adults, dissolve the contents of the packet (9 g) in 200 ml of water (up to 500C). Take one to two times a day, preferably before meals.
