DESCRIPTION
Ice Power cold/heat compress reduces swelling, relieves pain. The compress can be used several times. The compress adapts to the shape of the body parts.
Cold compress: reduces swelling and bruising and relieves pain in soft tissue injuries. Used for sports injuries (dislocations, sprains), acute inflammation, inflammatory rheumatic pain. Heat compress: used to treat non-inflammatory pain such as sciatica, lumbago, muscle cramps and muscle tension. The compress can be used several times. The pouch takes the shape of body parts. Read the instructions carefully before use! If in doubt, consult your doctor!
USAGE
To achieve effective cooling, the bag must be kept in extreme cold for 2 hours. Can be cooled in the refrigerator or freezer. The bag remains flexible up to -27°C (do not put directly on the skin). Heat compress: warm the bag in water at max. +80°C for 5 minutes or in a microwave oven in a container filled with water at medium power for 1-2 minutes. Note: To avoid frostbite or burns, the bag should not be placed on the skin, but on an elastic band or towel.
