DESCRIPTION

Coenzyme Q10 enhances energy metabolism in all cells of the body, but especially coenzyme Q10 is needed by the heart muscle. Coenzyme Q10 has research-proven potential as an aid in maintaining heart health. Although the body produces coenzyme Q10 itself, this synthesis slows down over the years, which can be felt already after the age of 40. Supplementing the diet with linseed oil, which contains essential fatty acids: linoleic acid and linolenic acid (plant-derived omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids), achieves positive effect on heart health, joint mobility, maintaining healthy skin, and also helps reduce inflammation.

USAGE

For adults, 1 capsule per day during meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
