DESCRIPTION

Improves metabolism. B vitamins contribute to normal energy (B2, B3, B5, B6, B7)* and iron metabolism (B2)*, help to ensure normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters (B5)*, help maintain red blood cells in normal condition (B2, B6), promotes normal hematopoiesis (B9), helps ensure the process of cell division (B9) and promotes the formation of maternal tissue during pregnancy (B9), promotes normal functioning of the nervous system (B2, B3, B6, B7), reduces fatigue and weakness (B2, B3, B5, B6, B9), contributes to the normal condition of the skin, mucous membranes (B2, B3, B7) and hair (B7) and contributes to the regulation of hormone activity (B6).

Adults 1 capsule per day.
