Doppelherz® Aktiv Lactase 4.500 tablets containing lactase that improve the digestion of lactase.
The lactase enzyme improves the digestion of lactose in people who experience difficulties with the digestion of lactose in order to easily enjoy milk and dairy products.
Inexpensivity of milk sugar (lactose intolerance) is caused by a lack of lactase or reduced activity, which leads to complete consumption of dietary milk sugar (lactose).
